End Of An Era: 10th (And Final) California Beer Festival Returns to Ventura

Saturday, Sept. 15: 'Throwback-Themed' Boots & Brews Country Music Festival (1pm-9pm)

CBF Has shaken things up for the Grand Finale, in the spirit of great memories, this year’s theme is Throwback!
Saturday Boots & Brews Country Music Festival Kicks off the weekend with some country favorites, featuring a star-studded country music lineup of Montgomery Gentry, Deana Carter, Sundance Head (Season 11 winner on ‘The Voice’), Arnie Newman Band, and Alexandria Corn.
Two ways to experience the Boots & Brews Country Music Festival: VIP Boots & Brews Front Row Corral and Lounge Pass ($50.) includes: Access to the VIP Front Row Corral (closest to the Stage, standing room only, no chairs allowed); access to VIP Lounge with a view of the stage; one souvenir glass; one 12 ounce beer; access to Margarita and Beer Bar (additional drinks available for purchase). Must be 21 years of age or older to enter the VIP Front Row Lounge.

Celebrating twenty years Of county music hits, Montgomery Gentry is the perfect Headliner for our “Throwback-Themed” Boots & Brews Country Music Festival! Deana is a great addition to our ‘Throwback’ lineup! Winner Of NBC’sThe Voice Season 11 and representing Team Blake, Sundance Head has a huge voice to kick off the Boots & Brews Festival. Arnie Newman Band are no strangers to the big stage, having worked alongside and/or are former members o,f Reba McEntire, Shenandoah, Dierks Bentley, Trace Adkins, Toby Keith, Pam Tillis, Tom T. Hall, The Nelson Brothers, Wayne Brady and many others. When you listen to the band you realize why they are considered a “Super Group” line-up. Alexandria Corn’s newest single “Beach Town Sunrise” was awarded Best Country Single by the Academia Music Awards this past April and was also featured on iHeart Radio. The infectious song is now on Spotify, iTunes, Apple Music, and Amazon Music.

The 10th Annual (And Final) California Beer Festival ends on a memorable music note, with full-set, live performances by three of the biggest classic, Old School names in R&B/Soul – Sir Mix-A-Lot (“Baby Got Back,” “I Like Big Butts”); Tone-Loc (“Funky Cold Medina,” “Wild Thing”); and Color Me Badd (“I Wanna Sex You Up,” “All 4 Love”).

Come experience Craft Beer Heaven beer sampling with 85+ beers on tap, food trucks and live music throughout the day. This is a chance to expand your mind and educate yourself on new and old styles of Craft Beer. 

Craft Beer Heaven ticket includes: one CBF souvenir tasting cup, three-ounce samples of Craft Beer, and live music. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID to enter Craft Beer Heaven. Sampling times are from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

In keeping with the yearly tradition, a portion of both day’s proceeds benefit the Gen Giammanco Foundation, an organization that provides financial support to student-athletes to assist in their pursuit of both scholastic and athletic success in Ventura County. A portion of Saturday’s and Sunday’s proceeds also benefit the Downtown Ventura Organization to foster a vibrant commercial and cultural district.
