Geoff Tate & Operation Mindcrime

The iconic singer and former front man of Queensryche, Mr. Geoff Tate and his new band Operation Mindcrime blew into the Ramona the other day and believe me, Geoff and the band didn’t miss a thing. From the moment Geoff and the band hit the stage, the energy was there. They ripped right into several hits including Jet City Woman, Silent Lucidity, Eyes of a Stranger and many many more. They whipped the crowd into a frenzy with all the hits and continued with songs off of last year’s album release ” The Key”.

Not only did Geoff’s voice sound spot on but this new band just flat out ripped. The band is comprised of Simon Wright (Drums), Kelly Gray (Guitar), Scott Moughton, (Guitar), Randy Gane (Keys) and John Moyer on Bass. An extremely impressive lineup. Listen to me folks if you are a fan of Geoff’s, you need to see this band. They are just smoking live.
