Taylor Guitars, the world-class guitar manufacturer and Sam Ash Music, the country’s largest full-line instrument dealer have teamed up to create the ultimate environment for customers to see, hear, play and learn about the iconic guitar line. The Sam Ash music store on Sunset Blvd is home to the new Taylor Room, a salon loaded with scores of instruments representing the guitar maker’s full line – including 70 unique models. In this quiet, climate-controlled room, customers can experience the quality, playability and unmatched sound of these premium guitars.
To celebrate the new space, Taylor Guitars will host a formal launch party at the Hollywood store on Saturday, December 5(th). The party will include a Taylor Road Show featuring unique models, guitar talk and demos with Taylor factory experts. The event is 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and admission is free.
More than just a separate area with guitars on display, the Taylor Room is an education center. The “Find Your Fit”, “Taylor Shapes” and “Tone Woods” displays help customers choose the perfect guitar by explaining the various shapes and tone woods available within the different series and how those components affect the sound and feel of each instrument. The Sam Ash Hollywood store has Taylor Factory Certified product specialists on their staff to further assist customers with their guitar purchases.
