Out & About – February 2020

Harlow’s Restaurant and Cocktail Lounge has opened in Bonsall where the old San Luis Rey Golf Club was. One room is the Garden Room with lots of plants and windows. The lounge has a 1940s theme, think Jean Harlow. Very cool, and it has an interesting menu too.
