Out & About – July 2019

Jimmy & Enrique

The Del Mar Fair ends next week but there are still plenty of things going on this summer, aside from the fireworks, like the Wine & A Bite and Summer Nights in Fallbrook. The Willowbrook Jazz series starts this month and Hacienda de Vega Rancho Santa Fe now has live music on their patio on the weekends. The horses will start running at Del Mar this month and there are concerts everywhere! It is shaping up to be a busy summer!

I just learned about a new entertainment complex that is opening in San Marcos on July 1 that will feature restaurants, a brewery, fire pits and a steady calendar of music, as well as an area for kids. www.myyardlive.com

Quote for the day:  Do not let your fire go out, spark by irreplaceable spark. Do not let the hero in your soul perish in lonely frustration for the life you deserved but have never been able to reach. The world you’ve dreamed of can be won. It exists. It is real. It is possible. It is yours. Ayn Rand
