OUT AND ABOUT – NOVEMBER

Happy Thanksgiving!

Daylight Saving Time ends November 6, remember to set your clocks back.  Yay for an extra hour of sleep! The summer concerts may be over, but it is definitely the holiday season!

On November 11, there will be Veteran’s Day Parades, including a boat parade in San Diego Bay. On November 5, there is a celebration honoring the Navajo Code Talkers at Mt. Soledad National Veterans Memorial. SeaWorld and other venues are offering specials to both active duty and retired veterans, see the link below. Or if so inclined, you can reach out to those veterans you know and thank them for their service. It is also Fleet Week Nov. 4-6.
