Thursday evening, Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino headliner Ringo Starr and wife Barbara Starkey, through their Lotus Foundation, along with Caesars Entertainment’sPresident and CEO Mark Frissora each donated $100,000 to the Nevada Resort Association’s Vegas Strong Fund.
